What is On-hire and temping?

Labour-hire and temporary employees (temps) are casual employees of GWS Personnel who are supplied to our clients to work inside their organisation, alongside their staff. We pay the wages, superannuation, workers compensation, payroll tax and all other employment costs. Clients receive a single invoice at the contracted hourly rate for the hours worked.
