Temporary Recruitment

GWS Personnel specialises in supplying temporary and on-hire employees, offering you the flexibility to accommodate seasonal fluctuations, busy periods or periods where employees are unexpectedly absent. For our temporary employment services, we charge an hourly rate which includes:

  • Payment of hourly wages consistent with Award/Enterprise Agreement
  • Workers compensation insurance
  • Public liability and professional indemnity insurance
  • Payroll tax
  • Superannuation
  • All recruitment costs including reference checking, skills testing and, where appropriate, pre-employment medical testing and drug screening.
  • All administration of wages, timesheets, group certificates etc
  • Where appropriate, the provision of personal protective equipment

Permanent Recruitment

GWS Personnel can undertake all or part of the recruitment process for your permanent staff, freeing up valuable time and resources within your organisation. By using GWS Personnel’s recruitment expertise you can save time and trouble, and focus on what you do best – running your business. Some of the recruitment services we offer include:

  • Writing position descriptions and selection criteria
  • Sourcing applicants (through advertising, searching our candidate database and those of our affiliates)
  • Reference checking and skills testing
  • Screening and interviewing applicants
  • Selecting the best applicant for the position
  • Negotiating offers
  • Follow up – finalising placements including letters of appointment and managing unsuccessful applicants

GWS Personnel offers a three (3) month guarantee period for all permanent recruitment services.
