What is a candidate?

A candidate is a person who has registered with GWS Personnel with the view to finding temporary or permanent employment. As a GWS Personnel candidate you become a member of a flexible workforce, filling our clients’ employment needs, whether it be on a short term or long term basis. A candidate placed in a on hire/temp assignment with one of our clients becomes a casual employee of GWS Personnel.

Where do our candidates come from?

Our candidates come from varied employment backgrounds, including:

• Management, Accounting and Finance
• Warehousing and Stores
• Mining and Trade
• Transport and Machinery Operating
• Labouring
